MERAVIC POLICIES - Shipping/Returns

MERAVIC POLICIES 11/2022 ALL CLAIMS ON DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE MUST BE MADE WITHIN FIVE (5) DAYS OF RECEIPT OF GOODS.

ORDER CANCELLATION CAN ONLY BE MADE BY WRITTEN OR TELEPHONE CONTACT WITH OUR CORPORATE OFFICE. IN THE EVENT A SHIPMENT IS SENT OUT PRIOR TO RECEIPT OF NOTICE OF CANCELLATION, IT IS CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO PAY SHIPPING CHARGES. RETURNS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED OR CREDITED ON ITEMS PAST THIRTY (30) DAYS OF INVOICE DATE.

A 20% RESTOCK FEE WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR ACCOUNT FOR MERCHANDISE RETURNED WITH PRICE TAGS, OR IF CHINA/BARCODE TAG OR NOT A TOY TAG HAS BEEN REMOVED. SHIPPING CHARGES ON RETURNS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION FROM THE HOME OFFICE. RETURNS WITHOUT PROPER AUTHORIZATION NUMBER WILL BE REFUSED.

WE WILL ISSUE A PREPAID RETURN LABEL FOR DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE ONLY. ALL ACCOUNTS NOT PAID WITHIN CREDIT TERMS AS STATED ON THE INVOICE ARE SUBJECT TO LATE CHARGES OF 1.5% AND REVERSAL OF ANY DISCOUNTS, INCENTIVES OR DATING TERMS GIVEN.

THERE WILL BE A MINIMUM FEE OF $25.00 FOR ANY CHECK RETURNED FROM YOUR BANK FOR INSUFFICIENT FUNDS. CUSTOMER AGREES TO REMIT CERTIFIED FUNDS FOR PAYMENT IN FULL WITHIN TEN (10) DAYS OF RECEIPT OF RETURNED CHECK BY MERAVIC. ALL TERMS OF THE CREDIT APPLICATION APPLY TO AND ARE INCORPORATED INTO THIS INVOICE.
